    I’ve recently returned from a conference sponsored by the US-Mexico Bar Association.  The conference, convened from 5-7 November 2008 in Mexico City, Mexico, was a highly successful and well-attended event covering various legal issues that commonly attend cross-border business transactions and litigation.  I was privileged to present on a panel adressing US-Mexican cross-border insolvency issues.  The panel included Lic.
